financial analyses of loan characteristics
(prepayment lockouts, yield maintenance/defeasance
penalties, loan cash flows, debt service coverage
ratios, current and balloon balances, subordinate and
mezzanine debt, and lease roll-over schedules),
and build stratification tables using Collateral
Analysis Software [CAS] and Excel to ensure the accuracy
of information prior to disclosure.
- Familiar with various loan products and a multitude
of loan review documents, including third party reports,
working directly with mortgage underwriters to clear any
discrepancies uncovered through due diligence process.
Mortgage types include fixed-rate and floating-rate and
are generally backed by office, retail, industrial,
mixed-use, hospitality or multifamily properties.
