Now, for the practical side, OMNIVOLVE offers a wide variety of benefits:

ALL employees receive stock options as part of their compensation package and the executive committee awards additional Options when your manager nominates you. The exercise price of the Options varies, however your exercise price is effective on the first day of employment.

Medical insurance. OMNIVOLVE's medical insurance is part of the Aetna and Kaiser Permanent Health Plan Networks. Aetna is a large preferred-provider organization (PPO). The PPO pays 90% of your medical bills beyond the deductible if you stay within the network and does not require that you select a primary care physician or get a referral before seeing a specialist. The Kaiser Permanente option is an HMO where beyond a small co-pay 100% of all in-plan services are covered. All full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance effective on the first day of the next month from their date of hire.

Dental insurance. Depending on the procedure, our dental insurance pays 50-100% of the cost of your dental procedure beyond a small deductible. And you can choose any dentist you wish.

Vision benefits. In most cases, OMNIVOLVE’s vision plan covers 100% of your vision expenses, with no deductible, if you stay within the network. This includes examinations, contacts and glasses.

Life insurance, short- and long-term disability. You never know what's around the corner, and OMNIVOLVE wants to ensure that it won’t take you or your family by surprise. Our Human Resources department will answer your questions about this important portion of your benefits package.

Plan for the future with OMNIVOLVE’s 401(k) savings and incentive plan, which allows you to contribute pre-tax dollars to your retirement nest egg.

Cafeteria plan. OMNIVOLVE offers a cafeteria plan that allows you to cover medical expenses with pre-tax dollars, which can save you bundles.

We have eleven company holidays, three of which are floating holidays. Floating holidays are arranged between you and your manager. You accrue two weeks of vacation per year, the unused part of which may roll over to the next year (with restrictions). You can even take your vacation "in the red", with your manager's approval.
Employee referral program. Refer someone to OMNIVOLVE who is then hired as a full-time employee, and you will receive a significant reward after that person starts. This may include a financial bonus, your choice of high-tech toys and travel anywhere within the U.S.
