Corporate Counsel

Responsible for a wide range of corporate matters including securities and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, litigation, intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights) and employment law. 5+ years related experience, preferably in a software or high-tech setting. Must have experience with publicly-held/traded company with SEC experience and Board of Director matters. Must have 3+ years of management experience. BS/JD required.

Staff Accountant

Staff accountant to assist in sub-ledger transaction processing (A/P, A/R, F/A), processing and reporting of company equity programs, benefit programs and special projects as needed. Will perform monthly reconciliation for cash accounts, prepare and post journal entries into Corporate General Ledger system, prepare monthly reports of accounting activity, and perform account analysis and document conclusions. Requires BS or equivalent in Accounting, excellent computer skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Accounts Payable

In this position, you will process all invoices for payment utilizing a purchase order system. You'll be responsible for verification of approvals for all services and products received and processing invoices for input to the accounting system. Make selections for payment based on the terms set by management and issue checks for payment semi-monthly. You will also be responsible for month-end close, including accruals and related reconciliations. You must have 2+ years experience in charge of accounts payable, preferably in a software company or in a non-manufacturing environment. Great Plains-Dynamics accounting systems knowledge a plus.

HR Director/Manager

Manage and implement both proactive and reactive employee relations programs in such areas as performance improvement coaching, organizational development, conflict resolution, sexual harassment training, culture development, employee retention initiatives and the like. Responsible for proactive employee communications programs and service recognition programs. Program manager for company Diversity and EEO/AA programs. Requires 8+ years of related experience in employee relations, organizational development, and human resource generalist responsibilities preferably in a fast-paced high tech setting. Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills. Must be action oriented and capable of multi-tasking. BS degree, MS/MBA preferred or equivalent.

Human Resources Generalist

The role of the Human Resources Generalist will be to support and interpret existing HR programs and policies. They will also be expected to recommend and collaborate on the development of new programs that attract, retain and develop employees, promote productivity, and support OMNIVOLVE's business objectives. Primary duties and responsibilities for this position include: Lead planning, organization, and implementation of assigned HR special projects. May select, monitor and evaluate outside HR service providers where necessary. Counsel with employees on policies, procedures, and workplace concerns to help the employee identify appropriate resolution steps. Keep abreast of current employment laws and human resources trends by networking with peers, attending outside events and reviewing professional literature. 2-4 years of Human Resources experience; BA; Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).

Office Administrator/Reception Services
