Sales Engineer

OMNIVOLVE is seeking experienced Sales Engineers The successful candidate will work closely with Territory Sales Managers and other parts of the organization to serve prospects and customers as the technical consultant for OMNIVOLVE products and services. Assist existing and potential customers in answering technical questions in the areas of databases, networking, best auction practices, back-end integration, and client/server technologies. Build creative demos with all existing and new products and Provide technical expertise for prospects and customers. Make technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations to various groups within the account as well as to prospective customers. Assure success of each project through a superior knowledge of OMNIVOLVE applications. Demonstrate ability to provide technical solutions to customers and develop strategies to integrate distributed applications. Provide ongoing product feedback to Marketing and Engineering.

Senior Director of Marketing

This position will be responsible for directing and driving the marketing strategies, positioning and promotional marketing programs for the company. This is an evangelist role providing the insight, influence, and leadership to define dominant market share. Detailed responsibilities will include messaging/content development; marketing program definition; segmentation and targeting; sales support and training; launch; program tracking, analysis, and reporting. Your background should include an appropriate college degree and 5-7 years business-to-business software marketing experience, including product marketing or services marketing and some in a management role. Internet/eBusiness experience is important. Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal and project management skills are required. A solid record of success in a similar position is essential.

Director, Product Marketing

We are looking to identify a senior marketing professional who will staff and manage a key department inside the marketing organization. The Director of Product Marketing will provide leadership in the areas of product launch, the product requirement process and product packaging and promotion. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in Software Product Marketing. A minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in: product branding, product launch, product positioning and product requirements processes. Must also be familiar with the Internet Commerce arena. Advanced degree in marketing would be a plus, as well as experience with Vantive,and/or HTML authoring/editing tools.

Designer

We need a skilled and experienced person who can create brands and effective communication materials for every point of contact with our customers: our Web site, product interfaces, proposals, presentations, printed brochures, and trade show booth.

In this position, you'll be responsible for: designing and evolving brands and communications materials for OMNIVOLVE’s products and services; creating guidelines and reusable formats for use throughout the company; ensuring the design is cohesive across all mediums; directing outside design resources as needed; and managing a team of designers working on multiple projects.

Channel Manager

OMNIVOLVE is seeking qualified individuals to recruit System Integrators into our Reseller Channel. These individuals will work from both a defined list and in a geographic region. The goal is to sell potential partners on the benefits of working with OMNIVOLVE in one of the fastest growing Internet markets. Associates will be responsible for obtaining and exceeding a monthly sales number. Ability to assess customer's environment and propose solutions. Develop highly effective sales strategies for complex selling solutions and a desire to work in a startup environment. Current knowledge of business practices and market conditions in the Internet and eBusiness areas. Channel selling experience required Strong-closing skills required. Must have track record of attaining and exceeding quota. Must have minimum 2 years experience selling software, services, or hardware/software combination. This job requires a solid understanding of Internet terminology and business practices as related to eBusiness. Individuals with outbound sales skills and a proven track record in sales of products or services into reseller channels preferred.

Marcomm Manager

This position will be responsible for creating original content for use in print and online mediums. This position interfaces with both the corporate communications and marketing communications functions within the Marketing Dept. There is opportunity to develop content for intranet and extranet sites, as well as the corporate marketing site. Detailed responsibilities will include messaging/content development for corporate communication pieces, including brochures, presentations, case studies, white papers and some print collateral, as well as the company's corporate marketing site, intranet and extranet sites. The content producer will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and consistency of corporate messaging. Your background should include significant writing and editing experience in business/high-tech and/or financial settings, a knack for content "packaging", and good design sense.

Project/Program Manager - Marketing

Database Administrator

Seeking a talented developer with strong database administration and web skills who is capable of performing the following: Building and administering corporate Intranet. Create workflow applications in MS Exchange and tie back to Intranet. Assist in implementation of CRM project, and manage corporate database, and provide reporting; provide technical expertise, acting as a subject matter expert for database administration and maintenance for several SQL databases and applications; database development, testing and on-going support of multiple environments; supporting development and production for all project database activities including database/query/design, data models, data dictionaries and documentation; assist in creating stored procedures and trigger definitions; define and communicate naming, stored procedure and database construct standards; plan/schedule/implement database migration activities; daily monitor activities to ensure stability of databases including running backups; providing on-call support and performance tuning; coordinating change control requests for database changes with appropriate staff and then implement change.

This position calls for 3-4 years (full-time) relational database modeling, design and administration experience; 2-3 years database administration in SQL server experience with stored procedures; and 2 years application development. Candidate must have proven SQL database design, admin, and support experience (about 5 years) to help with software product development from planning to delivery. Strong SQL and Web-related skills, with MS SQL Server 7.0. Must have an understanding of 3-tier development with the ability to use some of the following: MS Exchange, MS SQL Server 7.0, Visual C++, Visual Basic, MS certifications, object-oriented development, NT network administration knowledge and CRM experience a plus. Knowledge of Remedy, Goldmine, and Crystal Reports is also a plus!

Graphic/Web Designer

OMNIVOLVE is seeking a full-time Graphic/Web designer with 5 to 6 years of experience. The success candidate will have demonstrated skills in traditional off-line and online design, including collateral, advertising, and direct mail development, as well as multi-media and Web graphic design experience. Ideal candidate will possess experience in an agency or corporate environment, with a working knowledge and experience in print production.

Candidate must have the ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and multi-task many projects. In addition, candidate will need to show design portfolio and any appropriate Web design work.

Marketing Administrator

Provides administrative support to the entire Marketing department. Aids in coordinating all marketing related activities, maintains accurate marketing related information, and acts as the administrative liaison for marketing internally and externally. Specifically, this person will assist in coordinating customer & partner related initiatives/programs/events, maintaining informational databases for customers/partners/press, ordering/maintaining/disseminating marketing collateral, coordinating large press & tradeshow mailings. Will also be responsible for working with HR/Operations in coordinating any corporate oriented process - i.e. educating and coordinating any process-oriented activity such as Purchasing, Attendance, and the New Hire process. Operates under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent actions. Requires 18 months to 3 years of similar administrative experience.
