Director of IT
The Director is a key leader in the development
and ongoing success of OMNIVOLVE' internal information services. He/she
is responsible for core technologies that are pivotal to the success of
the company. The primary function of the Director is to ensure the availability
of an effective infrastructure that can support OMNIVOLVE' mission critical
applications and services. The Director will work collaboratively with
the CTO and the Vice President, Finance & Administration to develop,
implement, and manage a comprehensive information technology enterprise.
Given the growth and dynamic nature of OMNIVOLVE, the Director must be
a strong leader who can achieve both short-term and long-term goals. Ensure
the performance, reliability, manageability, and security of OMNIVOLVE's
internal infrastructure, with particular emphasis on ensuring that the
infrastructure is 100% operable at all times with little margin for error.
Demonstrated success in a position that required substantial leadership.
Technical expertise in Windows NT, ERP systems, LAN/WAN networks, telephony,
systems operation and administration, security solutions, Internet technologies,
SQL Server, desktop systems, and project management. Ability to lead an
effective customer support program, including help desk services and user
training. Understanding of infrastructure issues in a geographically diverse
enterprise. Ability to mentor employees and help them achieve their professional
objectives. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to
develop collaborative working relationships.
